I specialize in the purchase and sale of Metro Detroit homes and properties in the surrounding areas. I also specialize in real estate investing and property management, and have helped buyers all over the world invest in rental properties and fixer-uppers. Building relationships working with international and local clientele has enabled me to gain valuable insight to be able to deliver superior sevice in the most challenging situations, seeing to every detail for an easy and stress-free process. My professional background includes working as a school teacher (2nd and 3rd grade) from 2009-2011 and later transitioning into a Marketing role for Financial Advisors for several years prior to taking the leap and becoming a Realtor. I thus have the patience, determination, and powerful marketing and negotiating skills required to offer you value-added services. Coupled with my Master’s Degree in Education and Master’s in Social Media Marketing, I am able to effectively educate clients so they may make informed decisions. I also teach multiple classes to new Realtors in the business on marketing and how to build relationships. My extensive knowledge and background in marketing allows me to design the property to sell and minimize the days on the market. Thinking outside of the box and exposing your home to the maximum amount of potential buyers is key!
